FINAL DEFAULT JUDGMENT
THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon motion by Plaintiff, Chanel, Inc. (“Chanel”), for a final default judgment of its claims against Defendants XXXXXXXXXXX, an individual, and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, a Nevada Limited Liability Company, each d/b/a Snazzyhandbags.com (the “Defendants") pursuant to Rule 55(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and the Court having considered the moving papers and there being no opposition thereto;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Chanel’s Motion for Default Judgment is GRANTED, and judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff, Chanel, Inc., a New York corporation with its principal place of business in the United Sates at 9 West 57th Street, New York, New York 10019, and against Defendants XXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, each d/b/a Snazzyhandbags.com with their principal place of business at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, Las Vegas, Nevada 89147;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(c) Chanel is awarded statutory damages against the Defendants in the amount of Five Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($534,450.00), for which let execution issue;
2. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a) Chanel is awarded attorneys’ fees against the Defendants in the amount of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars ($5,887.00), for which let execution issue;
3. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a) Chanel is awarded investigative fees against the Defendants in the amount of Eight Hundred Fifty-Three Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($853.95) for which let execution issue;
4. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a) Chanel is awarded costs against the Defendants in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($500.00), for which let execution issue;
5. In order to give practical effect to this Court’s concurrently issued Permanent Injunction, the domain name Snazzyhandbags.com is ordered to be immediately transferred by the Defendants and the Registrar or the Registry to Chanel’s control.
6. Interest from the date this action was filed shall accrue at the legal rate.
